FOUNDER BIO

INKJAK Designs was founded by Jackson Capel as a natural extension of his passion for great design, clear brand communication, and artistry. A graduate of Evangel University with a degree in Business Management and Graphic Design, and an MBA from the University of the Cumberlands, Jackson brings both creative vision and strategic insight to every project.

Raised outside Cincinnati, he found early inspiration in the architecture and design of the Cincinnati Museum Center at Union Terminal, a place that sparked his lifelong fascination with form, balance, and story. His career path took him around the world as a professional basketball player in several European cities. Where he continued to develop his eye for thoughtful design, architecture, and culture.

After retiring from the court, Jackson transitioned into coaching and now serves at his alma mater, Evangel University, where game strategy may be his first love, but designing team gear runs a close second. Beyond the season, Jackson Channels that same precision and creativity into INKJAK Designs, crafting logos and brand identities that are unique remarkably distinguished. 

For him, design isn't just about aesthetics. It's about communication, confidence, and creating something that personifies the quality of a the brand it represents.
